The ambition

Make the relationship part of the experience.

Release Day brings collectors, Oak Society members, and first-time visitors together. Across Alexander Valley and Oakville, the hospitality needs to feel personal—and the team needs a clear view of who arrived and what the day set in motion.

  1. 01

A welcome that recognizes the guest.

Ticket groups bring general admission, member pricing, and hosted guests into the same operational view. Staff can connect the reservation to the person arriving.

  2. 02

A clear view through the rush.

At Alexander Valley, 680 guests checked in. The busiest 15-minute interval welcomed 104 people. Arrival reporting turns the rhythm of the day into useful staffing evidence.

  3. 03

A story beyond the last pour.

Experience Manager separates ticket sales, event-day purchases, and observed attendee follow-up purchases. Teams can see the relationship continue after guests leave.
