The ambition

Make the relationship part of the experience.

A limited release has two kinds of demand: the excitement customers bring, and the precision the stores need. Sole Play needed the story, entry, selection, and pickup journey to work together across Decatur and Lawrenceville.

  1. 01

    Let the brand world lead.

The Nike × One Piece customer experience brings official campaign artwork, an opening cinematic, and an English/Japanese language choice into the release journey.

  2. 02

Make the rules part of the experience.

Priority tiers were frozen when entries opened. The draw prioritized local existing customers, then other local entrants, then everyone else, with randomized ordering within each tier.

  3. 03

Connect the draw to the store.

Live Shopify inventory set available units by store and size. Winner claims connect to pickup slots. The final recap reports 563 claims, including 90 through SecondChance, and 481 pickups across the two stores.

Behind the numbers.

Sources: the user-supplied final drop recap (final as of September 21, 2026) and Angle Experience Manager draw analytics, read September 21 PDT. Final recap: 563 claims = 473 original-winner claims + 90 SecondChance claims; 481 pickups = 239 Decatur + 242 Lawrenceville. Sales: 501 pairs at the $210 storefront price ($105,210), plus $13,720 added to pickup baskets and $1,596 in separate same-shopper purchases ($120,526 total). Add-ons are before tax. Pair sales, claims, and people checked in are different measures; additional purchases are not proven incremental revenue. Original draw: 3,695 eligible entries, 583 selected winners; 292 allocated to Decatur and 291 to Lawrenceville. Local eligibility was the configured 440-mile ZIP-code radius; existing-customer status used a paid order before entry opened. Priority is a draw policy, not evidence of incremental customer retention. The live dashboard currently shows different claim and pickup totals; final outcome figures here are explicitly attributed to the September 21 recap. The recap’s uncollected-pair count is excluded because it does not reconcile with its claim and check-in totals. No entrant-level data is included.
