TecovasAngle Loyalty

Hospitality that follows you home.

A Wallet invitation, store credit and an early view of what participants did next. Inside Tecovas’ September pilot with Angle.

Step inside the story

01 / The brief

The welcome should outlast the visit.

Tecovas built its brand around more than the product. The pilot asked how a little of that hospitality could stay with a customer after the visit: a branded Wallet pass, an invitation to participate and credit that could be used at checkout.

Angle connected enrollment and Wallet activation to the store-credit journey. By September, the conversation had moved from setup to observed customer behavior. The early readout showed both credit use and repeat purchasing among participant buyers.

02 / Observed customer behavior

An invitation. Then actual behavior.

Among enrolled participants’ qualifying purchases after enrollment, store credit was already part of the checkout experience. These are early observed results, not a measured lift against a control group.

34.7%

of participant orders used store credit

Share of qualifying paid orders placed after enrollment during September 1–21.

14.0%

of participant buyers purchased again

Buyers with at least two qualifying orders in the same observation window.

How the results were measured

03 / The experience

From a saved pass to a return visit.

  1. 01

Make the invitation easy to keep.

Enrollment connects the customer to a branded Wallet pass. The setup linked the pass-download event to the promotional credit flow, turning activation into a defined customer journey.

  2. 02

    Meet the customer at checkout.

The pilot brought Wallet recognition and Shopify store credit into the same experience. The team verified POS scanning and applying available credit during setup.

  3. 03

    Measure what happens next.

The September readout looks at completed participant purchases, credit use and repeat buying. Measuring orders after enrollment keeps earlier purchases out of the pilot behavior being described.

The bigger picture

The first signal is use. The next question is lift.

The pilot made the proposition tangible: participants could carry the connection and use credit at checkout. The early data shows that behavior happening. Establishing how much purchasing was additional requires a comparison designed for that question.

Understanding the results

How it’s measured

September 1–21, 2026, Central time. Results cover participant orders placed after enrollment: paid or partially refunded, excluding test, cancelled and fully refunded orders. Credit use includes all store-credit sources. Repeat rate is the share of purchasing participants with at least two qualifying orders in the window. Enrollment dates vary. These are observed behaviors, not a controlled estimate of incremental purchasing.
